About We are Henry Villatoro and Lisa Yoder de Villatoro. Henry grew up on a coffee farm in Honduras, bought by his father in 1965. His family still owns the farm and grows coffee to this day. We were very excited when this opportunity arose to be able to buy this business and start roasting coffee here in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Seven Seeds is a very modern and spacious brunch venue. It was busy for a Wednesday morning but the line moved pretty quickly. We were seated within 10 minutes. We ordered the beef brisket hash and the 15 hour lamb. Both dishes were delicious and the meats were cooked really well. So nice and soft. The only let down for us was the coffee.
